We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our Practice and staff.
To help us with this we have set up a Patient Participation Group so that you can have your say. We will ask members of this representative group questions from time to time, such as feedback on quality of care you receive. There will be meetings held at the Practice, usually every 3 months.
We encourage new members to join the Patient Participation Group especially young people, people of working age, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups, although everyone is welcome.
Please see the Patient Participation Group Notice Board in the Practice waiting room for further information and how to join.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
